House Hunting take 4

Okay today I have spent my only day off ringing real estate agents, leaving my details and information about the type of property we need.

nothing suitable.......

There were a couple of properties that may be suitable if we put in a garden shed, so we are doing drive by this afternoon. You see the rental market is very different from the sales market. We are not shown through 1 by 1, we have to wait for open for inspection times, tuff luck if you are not able to attend at that time! (There are 2 tomorrow that I can't see as I work all day)

Having said that there were also a few agents who said they would get us through quicker. It is relieving to see some humanity in all of this.

So today's real estate hunting effort will take approximately 6 hours!!
