I now know why we came out as far as Cranbourne when we were looking for our current home. They are terrible! Today I saw 2 properties. One was $380 per week, had suitable room for the business, but the house had only one living area. Heating was only in the lounge room. The walls had some holes in them, some had a border of wall paper and two paint tones, some had different hues of grey, to a really dark grey. The garden was a huge mess. It need at least a few months work on it, the fences were falling down and the next door neighbour was swearing at someone else in their backyard!
The other house.....well there is someone not very well living in the street, hassling people so the agent wouldn't even consider an application from a family.
So back to the drawing board. I have a huge headache, Hannah is still screeching, would it be reasonable to knock her out for a while????
This is seriously depressing......what are we going to do.......
